This website is designed to collect as little information as practical.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, Tanglao processes the name, organization, email address, timeline, and project summary you provide so we can review and respond to your inquiry. Resend processes the message for email delivery to Tanglao. Tanglao does not store a separate copy of the submission in a website database, but the delivered message remains subject to the retention and security practices of Tanglao’s email provider.
Real-estate inquiries and optional SMS
Our separate real-estate form stores your name, email, mobile number, inquiry, SMS consent selection, exact consent wording and version, source page, and submission time in Tanglao’s hosted database. We use these records to respond to your inquiry and document your preferences. SMS is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. We retain inquiry and consent records while needed to respond, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations; contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to those obligations. Suppression records may be retained to prevent unwanted contact.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Hosting, CRM, and messaging service providers may process this information only as needed to operate and support our services. Security and spam prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and device signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. The website also applies validation, timing checks, a hidden spam field, and short-term request throttling. These controls do not use the information in your project summary for advertising.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, credentials, sensitive personal information, health or financial records, or procurement-confidential material through the general contact form or email address. If the online form is unavailable, you may choose to contact Tanglao through email or Messenger instead.
Analytics
Tanglao uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics may process information such as visited pages, referral source, browser and device details, approximate location, and interaction timing, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Conversion events record actions such as beginning or completing the form or selecting a contact link; they include the current page and, when available, the service or case-study page that led to an inquiry. Only known public page paths are recorded; query strings and form values are excluded. They do not include names, email addresses, organizations, or message content.
Operational data
Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website.
