Franz Noel Tanglao
A full-stack software engineer with more than 12 years of documented experience across websites, enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and technical leadership.
Franz has held senior and lead assignments with organizations including Deloitte, CBRE, Bank of America, Beachbody, and Hyundai AutoEver America. Those roles are professional experience—not Tanglao corporate client engagements.
His work spans hands-on implementation and the operating details around it: architecture, CI/CD, accessibility testing, documentation, training, and coordination across stakeholders and engineering teams.
